How long for delivery? Depending on stock, location and product delivery can take 4 - 10 days from the order being placed Do you give credit when ordering through the website? No! You have to apply for a monthly credit account by contacting us. Our online Trade Account only offers discount. Wall trim. Which edge goes against wall? The deepest edge against the wall. Are ceilings easy to fit? Yes! Please follow our instructions which you can find within our downloads section. Alternatively you can phone us. Do you cover all UK with delivery? Yes Can suspended ceilings be fitted in a bathroom? Yes! Moisture resistant tiles and corrosive resistant grid available What is minimum depth to drop suspended ceiling? Approx 100mm. How much depth do I need for a light fitting? Approx 150mm. DIY Ceiling kit - is suspension wire included? Yes - also angle brackets to fix wire to! How many tubes in recessed modular light? Four x 18watt for 600 x 600mm fitting Four x 36watt for 1200 x 600mm fitting. How do i cut metal grid? Tin snips or hacksaw! You can find these products within the Tools section on our online shop. How do i fix wall angle to wall? Masonry nails or plugs and screws! You can find these within our Fixings and Fastening Section in our Online Shop. Can I order DIY ceiling kit with tools and lights etc?< Yes. Once you have gone through our Online DIY KIT WIZARD you are given a selection of products specificaly selected to aid you in the installation of our Suspended Ceiling. How do I cut ceiling tiles? Trimming knife (stanley knife). Would ceiling support light fitting? Yes - provided extra support is fitted.
