I ordered your product to Install in my kitchen.
Your online calculator is a great tool, as it worked out all the frames and amount of tiles I needed, all I had to do was input length and breadth of my ceiling. Was kept up to date on the dispatch / delivery Day and time by Email, and was even called by the delivery driver on the morning of delivery. The frame and tiles were well packed and protected from any damaged that could have been caused by transportation. Fitted the ceiling myself in a couple of hours.
So extremely satisfied with the product and your service.

We thought we would let you know how pleased we were with the initial look on your website. It was very helpful in helping us choose our ceiling with easy navigation and step by step guide. The ordering and paying was easy, and because we forgot to order the ceiling light covers, we had a very friendly and helpful phone call the next day .We were also given updates on our order by phone which we appreciated and the delivery was very quick.
As yet we haven't put the ceiling up as we are completely refurbishing the shop in May and we will let you know how it goes.
