"Business As Usual"
In regards to the current situation with Covid-19 we would like to reassure our customers, suppliers and colleagues that we are putting all government advisory measures in place to ensure safety to all. We are dedicated to the best interest of everyone at this difficult time. We have now returned back to business as usual, although there are some restrictions due to Covid-19.
We understand that concerns about the impact to potential business are front of mind, so hopefully, the below will help shed some light on our operations:
What We Are Doing
• We are still monitoring emails and calls and will happily price work, place orders on our system and help with general advice.
• We can still deliver 99% of our product range within 3-7 working days.
• We are complying and supporting the advise laid out by the government.
What We Are Not Doing
• We have not re-opened our trade counter at present, but ask that customers call before collection and we can then leave products outside for you.
We understand that many people will be concerned about the impact of Covid 19 on our industry including supply chains and delivery. If you are concerned about not receiving your goods on time, please contact us today on 01253 864902 and we can check for you.
