We must be notified of any returns within 14 days of the initial order. All orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this is applied to cover the initial costs of administration, packaging and shipping. The return postage and cost is the responsibility of the buyer and items must be received back to ourselves in their original packaging and resealable condition. We hold the right to refuse refunds if the items have been tampered with, damaged or are missing components. If you have returned an order for a refund then you will receive this refund within 14 days of the items arriving back to ourselves.
Damages In Return Transit
If you are returning goods back to us and the items are damaged in transit, then it is the buyers responsibility to claim for the damage or/and loss of the goods with the courier they returned the items with. We will not refund you for items that are missing, damaged or not in resellable condition, this includes original packaging.
How To Start A Return
To start a shop return, you would need to firstly notify us by email that you wish to return the order, whether this be the whole order or part of the order. If you have exceeded the 14 day window from receipt of the goods then we will not except returns or be held liable for any transport costs to and from our warehouse.
