1. SagePay - Debit & Credit Card Payments
Sage Pay is a secure and reliable payment gateway who process transactions to Elavon merchant bank in a secure way.
Sage Pay Security Statement
As a Payment Service Provider, thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to Sage Pay. It is their top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.
Transaction security
All transaction information passed between your site and the Sage Pay Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held by Sage Pay is extremely secure and Sage Pay is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Sage Pay have multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within Sage Pay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. The systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because their systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
2. PayPal
Got a PayPal account?
Select this option at the checkout and you'll be redirected to PayPal's
secure server. Login to your Paypal account to complete the
transaction.
If you don’t yet have a PayPal account but would
like one please select the ‘pay by PayPal’ option and follow the
onscreen guidance.
We do not store your credit or debit card
details. Ever. All card details are securely processed in compliance
with full PCI (Payment Card Industry) requirements.
3. Telephone Payment
Perhaps
you need to ask us a question about your suspended ceiling? You can
complete your order at the same time. Just have your card at the ready
when you call and we will email you an invoice with a pay now button.
JCS Delivery Options
1. 3-5 Working Days Delivery & 24-28 Hour Specials
Due to our large variety of products, we use national and in some cases, international courier services. These couriers allow us to provide fast and reliable delivery options to our customers, we do however recognise that couriers do not always delivery on time, or in the way some customers have asked for. As a company we do our upmost to ensure a safe and reliable delivery service, but cannot be held liable for deliveries that have not been delivered within a time frame, if the issue is caused by the courier being delayed or mistakes made.
We will always work our hardest to ensure your items are delivered on time and in perfect condition, and due to our hard efforts, we have over 98% of deliveries arriving in good time and condition. We would ask that customers please discuss any restrictions, changes or special requests on deliveries to help us service your order. If you have opted for our 24-48 hour special delivery option, we will of course have your goods dispatched in time and booked on the correct service. Our couriers will always refund delivery costs if they do not deliver in time so please discuss with us about having the delivery costs refund if this has happened.

- Buy your suspended ceiling, tools and accessories at the online store or using the JCS Suspended Ceiling Wizard
- Go to Checkout. When you select ‘credit or debit card’ your order is encrypted and passed to a SagePay gateway
- You enter your card details, with the added security of Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™
- When you're done, you'll be passed back to us.
It’s simple, safe and as secure as it gets. We do not hold any customer card details on our website.
Terms & Conditions Of Sales
All materials purchased from Sorrel Enterprises Ltd. must be paid for in full on collection of goods, or if delivered, before delivery. Delivery quotes are subject to UK Mainland delivery only, for areas such as Scottish highlands or jersey, please ask for price update.
- JCS Returns & Damages
All
orders from Sorrel Enterprises Ltd (Judge ceiling systems) are subject to a 30%
re-stocking fee if the customer wishes to return their goods. Damaged goods must be reported within
24 hours of delivery, failure to do so will mean that we are not held liable
and therefore no refund will be given. For any thermal, acoustic and fire rated
specific products, we like to ensure that the product is correct for your
application so please feel free to request data/specification sheets that we
will pass on from our manufacturers. Sorrel Enterprises Ltd cannot be held
liable for any products that were ordered incorrectly by our customers as the
items on this quotation should be checked before purchase. Our MF (Metal
Framework) ceiling products vary in brand. If it is a British Gypsum MF
product, we will specify this for you, if the items do not specify British
Gypsum, then the product will either be a non-specific brand. All of our metals are made by reputable manufacturers. Please ask your sales adviser for more
information. All goods on our provided invoices remain the property of Sorrel
Enterprises Ltd until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
- Pre-Order Products
We offer products on a pre-order basis so that you can be added to a service queue, to which will will contact you when the product becomes available for delivery. Most of our pre-order products have a costing of £0.00, this is not the price that you will pay and does not mean that you have ordered and paid for the product. In this instance of a £0.00 products, please email us or call us with your order information and we will provide you with a quotation and lead time. We will not be held liable for any extended waiting times on products as the timescales will be provided on enquiry only from the manufacturers.

We host a variety of sales throughout the year, one of which is Black Friday. These deals are for a limited time only and can be removed and taken down without notice at any point. We hold the right to refuse discounts if the discounts are abused or misused
